We’re currently hiring for the following positions:
We are hiring a Class 1 Truck Driver, with experience, hauling asphalt and heavy equipment to join our team!
As an experienced candidate, you will have:
- Class 1 Driver’s License with a clean abstract.
- 5 years of experience hauling asphalt and heavy equipment (please do not apply if you are not experienced).
- Load Securement Ticket or minimum 2 years of experience.
- Strong backing-up skills for navigating to paving machinery.
- Basic understanding of PTO and hydraulics.
- Ability to understand written and verbal instructions in English.
- Understand basic vehicle maintenance and trouble shooting, inspections, driving an 18 speed manual transmission.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to Alberta Transportation regulations.

Holloway Paving is hiring a screed operator to join our amazing team!
Key duties and responsibilities include:
- Operate the screed to place asphalt accurately according to project requirements.
- Adjust manual or automatic controls to set angle, crown, and slope.
- Monitor material flow to prevent segregation and ensure consistency.
- Inspect, clean, and maintain equipment regularly.
- Coordinate with paver operators and truck drivers for steady workflow.
- Check mat quality and depth, correcting surface issues as needed.
- Operate other machinery and perform additional tasks as required.
- Always follow safety protocols.
As a qualified applicant, you will have:
- 5 years’ experience.
- Class 5 Driver’s license, personal transport, CSA steel-toed boots required.
- Knowledge of paving prep, grades, drainage, patterns, aggregates, specs, compaction, asphalt details.
- Able to perform manual tasks (shovelling, raking, saw cutting, tamping, barricades, small tools).
